Afghan Wireless customers have three ways to access a customer service representative: by mobile phone, by landline phone, or in person at one of our customer service facilities.

Customer service is provided in English, Dari or Pashtu. Contact customer service for help with any of the following:

  • Lost or stolen phones
  • Phone repairs

Buy Before you Fly

Traveling to Afghanistan soon? Why not arrange to have an Afghan Wireless phone waiting for you when you arrive at Kabul International Airport. Pre-ordered phones can be picked up at our airport sales counter. Please e-mail sales @ for information.


Sales Options

Phone & SIM Card Package

Afghan Wireless offers Nokia and Motorola phones at a variety of feature and price levels to meet your connection needs. Phones can be purchased with a SIM card pre-programmed for use with the Afghan Wireless network. Check with an Afghan Wireless sales outlet for current pricing and availability.

SIM Card Only

If you already have a phone or are planning to purchase one separately, you can buy a SIM card direct from Afghan Wireless or from an authorized reseller.

Top-Up Cards

Afghan Wireless customers can purchase Top-up cards to activate credits on their accounts in U.S. denominations of $10, $20, $50 and $100. Top-up cards are available at all Afghan Wireless sales outlets and authorized resellers.

Bulk & Group Sales

Afghan Wireless will gladly arrange for bulk phone, SIM card and Top-up card sales for corporate and large-group customers. Please e-mail sales @ for more information.
